After a whole lot of flirting and dropping hints, the woman I've been into finally accepted to go on a date. Where can we enjoy a great summer night date on a budget?

Congratulations on your upcoming date! I am rooting for you. Summer is such a great time to start a new relationship. Everybody looks and feels a lot better thanks to the Vitamin-D enriched sunlight and the less-is-more uniforms. (Wink! Wink!) You have many fun and free date night options before you, since you and just about everybody else in the city want to get out and enjoy the good weather. If you are set on sharing some quality alone time, do your research first and try to get out at off-peak hours!  

Each city hosts a series of free events in the summer, including outdoor concerts, street fairs and other great happenings withing the framework of larger festivals.
